These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the clipr website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability. Payment must be made in full when placing an order.

Prices and delivery charges are shown before you complete your purchase. If we’re unable to fulfil your order, we’ll contact you and issue a full refund.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the timeframes shown on our website. Delivery times are estimates and delays may occasionally occur once an order has been handed to the delivery provider.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information when ordering.

Product Use

clipr must be used in accordance with the product information, instructions, warnings and intended uses provided with the product and on our website.

clipr is not Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) or a load-bearing device.

Climbing is inherently dangerous. Users are responsible for assessing the situation, using appropriate climbing equipment and using clipr appropriately.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Product Information

We make every reasonable effort to ensure product descriptions, photographs and specifications are accurate. Minor cosmetic differences may occur between products, particularly as clipr is manufactured in small batches.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the clipr name, branding, product designs, photographs, graphics and original website content belong to clipr and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.

Privacy & Cookies

Our use of personal information and cookies is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Governing Law

These terms and purchases made through the clipr website are governed by the applicable laws of the United Kingdom.

Cancellations & Returns

Orders may be cancelled within 14 days of delivery. You then have 14 days to return the product.

To cancel or arrange a return, contact info@clipr.uk. Return postage is your responsibility unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Refunds include the product price and standard outbound delivery cost. We may reduce the refund where handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product has reduced its value.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
